1 film-coated tablet contains: D-Glucitol,1,5-anhydro-1-C-[4-chloro-3-[[4-[[(3S)-tetrahydro-3-furanyl]oxy]phenyl]methyl]phenyl]-,(1S) (=empagliflozin) 5 or 12.5 mg and N,N-dimethylimidodicarbonimidic diamide hydrochloride (=metformin hydrochloride) 1000 mg.
Excipients/Inactive Ingredients: Tablet core: Maize starch, copovidone, colloidal anhydrous silica, magnesium stearate, purified water.
Film coat: Hypromellose 2910, macrogol 400, titanium dioxide, iron oxide yellow (for 5/1000 mg), iron oxide black (for 12.5/1000 mg), iron oxide red (for 12.5/1000 mg), talc, purified water.
